General This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Modification TMC may at any time modify these terms of use Reservations cannot be changed online. If you need to a make change to your reservation, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-866-333-0470 for assistance. Reservation changes may be subject to a $25 change fee. If your cancellation or change request is made after the cutoff date applicable penalties noted in the cancellation policy section of your reservation may apply. Changes or cancellations made after check-in are subject to 100% penalty. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel nor receive credit for unused nights if you check-out early. NOTE: You may be required to cancel your original reservation and rebook it for the new dates. However, we suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates in order to avoid any disappointment from canceling your first booking if the new dates are not available. Cancellation Policy All reservations must be cancelled by contacting our customer service center at: 1-866-333-0470. Outside of U.S.:001-702-851-0250 All cancelled reservations are subject to a $75.00 fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days before check in are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee plus the cancellation penalty. Cancellation of your reservation can not be done online. All reservations must be cancelled by contacting our customer service center at toll free 1-888-333-0470 or from outside the U. S. A. please dial 001-702-851-0250. Outside of 21 days from the arrival date, a $75.00 cancellation fee per room will be applied on all reservations. Within 21 days to 7 days from the arrival date of the reservation, the first night's room rate and tax is non-refundable plus a $75.00 per room cancellation fee will be applied on all reservations. Within 7 days from the arrival date the room reservation is completely non-refundable. Upon check-in the remaining room nights of the reservation are non-refundable. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel nor receive credit for unused nights if you check-out early. Please also refer to our No Show Policy. No show policy A no show will be charged a one night no show fee plus the cancellation fee. Confirmations Reservations on available status are confirmed at the time of booking. If you book a hotel on request, you will receive a confirmation by email once the reservation has been confirmed. Amendments The system does not accept changes. Only amendments sent to TMC Travel in writing (email/fax) will be honored. Please either email changes@tmctravel.com or fax to: 001-702-851-0255. Customer Service All requests for review and/or refunds should be forwarded no later than 30 days after completion of service. Requests that are forwarded past the 30 days may not be reviewed. |
